It has a tough UV ray and commercial grade plastic outer case. Because we live on a little backyard farm we have to have electric flowing outside to our barn, brooders, and other farming activities using the Twist and Seal Mini's has been a nice comfort to us knowing that everything is staying dry from the rain.
